Show Description: (taken form www.sanctuary143.com)
“The wheel has become so ingrained in our society that often the evolution of a culture is measured based on its mastery of this basic machine. However, we can pinpoint ancient, advanced civilizations with no documented use of the wheel. And with fuel prices rising, global warming looming, and suburbs expanding, we are forced to reevaluate the place this everyday object holds in our lives. Perhaps now actually is the time to reinvent the wheel.
Through art we have the unique opportunity to look at the wheel from a broader perspective, challenging its historical significance and envisioning a new life for it without a need to conquer perfection.”

See you there!
Great show, cool custom frankenbikes – they had one you pedal with your hands as well as some rad vintage flyers. The art part had some provoking stuff too. Horsdeorves were good, people were friendly. Oh and the dj played some prime reggae too.
