Christmas is in full effect, which means along with all the excitement, comes congestion. Everyday schedules are flooded with holiday responsibilities. Parties scatter the month of December like ornaments on a decorated fir. The roads creep the pace of a melting snowman and a chore unrelated to Christmas becomes January’s responsibility.
