On Saturday, July 21, Carlsbad Village artist Bryan Snyder repaired the local favorite and historic Carlsbad Barrio mural after it had been vandalized with spray paint.
The mural titled ‘The Four Stages of History’ by Victor Ochoa was originally painted in 1984 in memory of Larry Mendez.
